Security Notice
Protecting Our Customers and Business Partners
Chardon Group is committed to maintaining secure and trustworthy communications with our customers, distributors, suppliers, and business partners.
Fraudulent emails and impersonation attempts may use names, logos, email addresses, or domains designed to resemble legitimate Chardon communications. We encourage recipients to carefully verify the sender address and domain, particularly when a message contains an unexpected request, unusual urgency, or changes to payment or banking information.
Please take additional care with requests involving:
- Changes to bank account or payment information
- Wire transfers or other financial transactions
- Sensitive or confidential information
- Unexpected changes to contact or delivery details
- Urgent requests that do not follow normal business procedures
Before acting on any sensitive or unusual request, please verify it independently using Chardon contact information already known to you or obtained through our official channels. Do not rely solely on telephone numbers, email addresses, or links contained in a suspicious message.
Official Chardon Group email communications use the chardongroup.com domain. When reviewing an email, check the complete sender address and reply-to address carefully for misspellings, substituted characters, or other irregularities.
If you receive a communication claiming to be from Chardon that appears suspicious, please do not click links, open unexpected attachments, or proceed with the requested transaction. Preserve the message and report it to ctc.it@chardongroup.com for verification.
Chardon will never object to independent verification of a sensitive or unusual request. When in doubt, confirm the request through an established Chardon contact before taking action.
